Booking Requirements
The best way to book is online. Please select your preferred date and time using the calendar, and our team will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment.
A £50 deposit is required to secure all consultations and treatments. This will be deducted from your treatment cost; however, for consultation-only appointments, the deposit is retained for the consultant’s time.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Appointments may be rescheduled once free of charge with the required notice. Further changes require a new deposit, as repeated rescheduling creates gaps in our diary.
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time or require a new booking. If treatment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the deposit will be retained to cover the reserved clinical time. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Belle Clinic of any medical conditions, medications or allergies before booking so treatment suitability can be assessed.
