By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment package, enrolling on a course or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. ABOUT BELLE CLINIC
Belle Clinic is based in North West London and provides laser, non-laser and aesthetic treatments. Belle Clinic Academy also offers regulated, accredited and CPD training courses as advertised.
Treatments and training are delivered by appropriately trained practitioners and educators. Services are always subject to consultation, suitability and availability.
2. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS AND MEDICAL INFORMATION
A £50 deposit is required to secure a standard consultation or treatment appointment. When treatment proceeds, the deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost. If the appointment is for consultation only, the deposit will be retained as the consultation fee.
Some model appointments, specialist treatments and training courses may require a different deposit. The applicable amount will be clearly confirmed before payment.
Clients must inform Belle Clinic of any medical condition, medication, allergy, pregnancy, breastfeeding or other relevant health information when booking. This allows the clinic to assess whether the requested treatment may be suitable before reserving clinical time.
If relevant information is not disclosed and the treatment cannot safely proceed, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved clinical time and any preparation costs.
3. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND LATE ARRIVAL
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Each appointment may be rescheduled once free of charge when the required notice is provided. A £25 rescheduling fee will apply to every further change and must be paid before a new appointment is confirmed.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, or the client does not attend, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and reasonable costs incurred.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have a shorter treatment time or may need to rebook. If the treatment cannot proceed because of late arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will be retained.
If Belle Clinic needs to cancel an appointment, the client may transfer the payment to another suitable date or receive a refund.
4. MODEL APPOINTMENTS
Model spaces are limited and are arranged specifically for training or demonstration purposes. All model deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the model cancels, reschedules or does not attend.
Model appointments may take longer than standard appointments, and results will vary between individuals. If Belle Clinic cancels the model appointment, the clinic will offer a suitable alternative or a refund. This section does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. TREATMENT PACKAGES, OFFERS AND PAYMENTS
All treatment packages are sold for use by the named client only and are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where Belle Clinic cancels the service or applicable law requires otherwise.
Clients should confirm their medical suitability and availability before purchasing a package. Missed sessions, late cancellations and expired or unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
Special offers and package prices must be requested or selected at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Prices may change, but the price confirmed for an existing booking will apply unless the treatment plan changes with the client's agreement. Full payment is due on the treatment date unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Belle Clinic accepts cash, bank transfer and card payments. Any payment terms and the total price will be clearly provided before purchase.
Completed treatments are not refundable simply because a client changes their mind or because the result differs from their personal expectation. This does not limit the client's statutory rights where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
6. CONSULTATION, CONSENT AND TREATMENT SUITABILITY
All treatments are subject to consultation, medical suitability and informed consent. A consent form must be completed before treatment.
Belle Clinic may refuse, postpone or stop a treatment if it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or not in the client's best interests. Certain treatments also require a patch test within the stated timeframe before treatment can proceed.
Clients must provide complete and accurate information and ask any questions before giving consent. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.
7. RESULTS, REVIEWS AND INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
Results vary according to individual anatomy, skin condition, health, lifestyle, metabolism and response to treatment. Belle Clinic does not guarantee a specific result or that a client will achieve the same outcome as another person.
Injectable products are selected and prepared for the named client and cannot be reused or returned once opened or administered. Completed injectable treatments are therefore non-refundable unless the client's statutory rights apply.
Botulinum toxin review appointments must be requested within the review period advised by the practitioner. Reviews and top-ups are not automatically included unless confirmed in writing. Any additional product or corrective treatment may be chargeable, and the cost will be explained before proceeding.
If a client has a concern after an injectable or other treatment, they should contact Belle Clinic promptly and allow the clinic a reasonable opportunity to assess the area. Where appropriate, the practitioner will discuss monitoring, aftercare or further treatment options.
8. PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE, AFTERCARE AND SAFETY
Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. Aftercare may be sent electronically, so clients are responsible for providing the correct contact details and informing the clinic if the instructions are not received.
Belle Clinic cannot accept responsibility for an avoidable problem caused by inaccurate medical information, failure to follow instructions or treatment obtained elsewhere against the clinic's advice. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Clients must contact the clinic promptly if they experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs will not be treated, and the deposit may be retained.
Clients are responsible for arranging recommended follow-up appointments within the advised timeframe. Availability cannot be guaranteed if follow-up sessions are requested late.
9. CLIENT AND STUDENT CONDUCT
Belle Clinic is committed to a safe, respectful and professional environment. Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, clients, models or students will not be accepted.
Belle Clinic may end or refuse an appointment or remove a learner from training where conduct creates a safety concern or seriously disrupts the clinic. Payments will be handled according to the circumstances, reasonable costs incurred and applicable law.
Clients and students are responsible for damage to clinic equipment or property caused by deliberate action, misuse or negligence and may be charged the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
10. BELLE CLINIC ACADEMY TRAINING TERMS
Course content, entry requirements, accreditation, delivery method, dates, fees and assessment requirements will be stated on the relevant course page or confirmed before enrolment.
A £500 course deposit is required unless a different amount is stated. Course deposits cover administration, registration preparation, teaching allocation and resources and are non-refundable where Belle Clinic has incurred those costs, subject to the learner's statutory rights.
Once a learner has expressly requested access to digital course materials, joined the online classroom, been registered with an awarding organisation or started training, fees relating to services and resources already supplied or committed may not be refundable.
Where a statutory cancellation period applies to an online booking, Belle Clinic will provide the required cancellation information. A learner who asks for course access or delivery to begin during that period may be charged for services already supplied if they later cancel, as permitted by law.
If a learner cancels before access, registration or course preparation has begun, any refund will be calculated after deducting reasonable administration or costs already incurred. Any applicable administration charge will be disclosed before enrolment.
Learners must give at least seven days' notice if they cannot attend a scheduled practical or teaching session. A missed session or late cancellation may be forfeited because tutors, models, rooms and equipment are arranged in advance. Any replacement session will be subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
Learners must:
- meet the stated entry requirements and provide genuine evidence of prior qualifications;
- attend punctually and complete the required theory, practical work, case studies and assessments;
- follow infection control, health and safety and professional conduct requirements;
- treat staff, clients, models and other learners respectfully; and
- use all equipment and products safely and only as instructed.
Failure to meet course, safety or conduct requirements may delay certification or, in serious cases, result in removal from the course. Any decision regarding fees will reflect the services already provided, costs incurred and the learner's statutory rights.
11. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND WEBSITE USE
Belle Clinic handles personal and medical information in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Further information is available in the clinic's Privacy Policy.
The website may be used only for lawful purposes. Content, services and availability may be updated when required. External links are provided for convenience, and Belle Clinic is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
12. COMPLAINTS, LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
Clients and learners are encouraged to raise any concern directly with Belle Clinic so it can be reviewed promptly and fairly. Complaints should include the person's name, appointment or course details and a clear explanation of the concern.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or the client's rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By making a booking or enrolling on a course, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with the applicable consultation, consent, privacy and course information.
