This does not represent a shortcut or fast-track route to achieving a Level 7 qualification. Instead, it provides you with the opportunity to begin working within your scope of practice while you are progressing through and completing your regulated Level 7 Aesthetic Practice qualification.
To enrol onto the Level 7 course, learners must first meet the required progression pathway. This includes successfully completing the Level 3 Diploma in Pathway to Aesthetic Practice, followed by a Level 4 aesthetic qualification, and then a Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice. These prerequisites ensure that all learners have the essential knowledge, clinical understanding, and practical competencies required to safely advance to Level 7.

Entry requirements
For the regulated ProQual Level 7
You should meet one of the following routes:
- Route A (standard):
- ProQual Level 3, Level 4, Level 5 or Level 6 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice (or equivalent)
- First Aid certificate (e.g., Level 3 First Aid at Work / Emergency First Aid / BLS with AED & Anaphylaxis)
- Route B (healthcare route):
- Registered healthcare professional eligible for prescribing pathways
Minimum age: 18.

How you’re assessed (regulated Level 7)
- Portfolio & case evidence: treatment planning, consent and aftercare, reflective logs, knowledge checks

Do I need previous experience?
