1. Registration & Payment

A £500 deposit is required to register for any course.
This deposit confirms your place and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once you are added to your group and granted access to course materials (including Google Classroom, e-learning, or practical schedule), the remaining course fee becomes non-refundable.
All payments are in GBP (£) and must be cleared before access to learning resources is given.
Instalment or finance options (e.g., Buyline Finance) are available upon request.

2. What the Course Fee Covers

Your course fee includes tuition, training materials, online lessons, tutor guidance, and (where applicable) a professional starter kit for case studies at the centre, one practical assessment, and the registration fee with the awarding body.

If a learner requires a further assessment because they did not meet requirements within their scheduled session, a £250 reassessment fee will apply to join the next available group.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments made to Belle Clinic are non-refundable once access to course materials is granted.
Refunds are not issued for personal circumstances, including changes in availability, insurance issues, or inability to meet prerequisites.
Requests for rescheduling may be considered only for verified medical reasons and are subject to administrative charges (£150).
If a course is cancelled by Belle Clinic due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be offered an alternative date or a goodwill partial refund at our discretion.
Belle Clinic reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any planned lesson, module, or course if certain requirements, model availability, or awarding body changes occur prior to the course start date.
In such cases, Belle Clinic will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative training date or schedule adjustment.
Such rescheduling or cancellation does not constitute a breach of contract, and Belle Clinic shall not be held liable for any consequential loss (including travel or accommodation costs).

4. Prerequisites & Progression

It is each student’s responsibility to ensure they meet all prerequisites before enrolling.
Each prerequisite must be assessed and approved before progressing to the next level of training.
If your previous qualification is not accepted by the awarding body, you must complete or purchase the missing course separately.

5. Insurance Disclaimer

Belle Clinic supports learners with information about professional insurance through our partnered providers.

However:

Belle Clinic does not guarantee insurance approval for any student.
Each insurer has its own policies and criteria.
Any insurance refusal or issue is a personal matter between the student and the insurer.
Students who apply through InSync Insurance and mention Belle Clinic may receive 10% off their annual policy.
Completing the Level 5 Diploma with us gives an additional 10% discount (total 20% discount possible).

6. Attendance, Models & Conduct

Students must attend all practical and theory sessions on time.
Models are the responsibility of the student, though Belle Clinic may assist where possible.
Unprofessional conduct, falsified documents, or misuse of certificates may result in immediate withdrawal without refund.

7. Completion Period

Each regulated qualification must be completed within 12 months of registration.
After one year, a re-registration or completion fee may apply if further sessions or verification are required.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation. We may share relevant data with awarding bodies, insurers, or finance partners as required.

9. Legal Disclaimer & Fraud Protection

Any attempt to commit fraud, including falsifying certificates, ID, or portfolios, will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to awarding or regulatory authorities.
Belle Clinic is not liable for any indirect loss, including financial, personal, or reputational damages, arising from training, insurance, or employment matters.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

All course content, training materials, manuals, online lessons, photographs, videos, slides, handouts, assessment templates, and any other learning resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Belle Clinic Laser & Aesthetics (trading as Belle Clinic Academy).
Course materials are provided solely for personal study and internal use by the enrolled student.

Students are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, sharing, distributing, reselling, or reproducing any part of the course content (digitally or physically).
Using any Belle Clinic training material, resources, or content to teach others or deliver training without written permission from Belle Clinic Laser & Aesthetics.
Uploading, posting, or sharing any course videos, manuals, or images online or through social media, messaging, or digital platforms.

Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or commercial use of Belle Clinic’s materials will be treated as a breach of copyright law and may result in:

Immediate removal from the course without refund.
Revocation of certificates.
Legal action for damages and intellectual property infringement.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By paying your £500 deposit or any course payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
You also confirm that you have reviewed all course information and prerequisites available on our website before enrolling.
